Our Mission

At Emerald City Transitional Services, we are dedicated to the health and well-being of residents after their rehabilitation.  We offer transitional placement for healthy adults and those who are acutely or chronically ill. 

We also are concerned with all aspects of your health, including their physical, mental and emotional well-being, in every way and in good health or in illness.

We understand finding a home can be confusing, so we will work with you to answer any questions you have regarding your needs.  And because we believe in transitioning to home, we will offer you helpful advice, tools and tips to ensure you get there.
